Although KILL ALLEN WRENCH is seen as an international level musical group of dirtbags and fuckups, even fellow band members are disgusted as one of their lead guitarists is arrested for statutory rape for the 3rd time.

Lead guitar / heavy metal superstar Mariachi Mysterioso was arrested for statutory rape for the 3rd time following a recent show in San Francisco, CA. Although the victim repeatedly told police that she was entirely willing, a felony sexual predatory complaint was filed against the punk rock personality.

Mr. Mysterioso was quoted as saying, "I'm just used to doing young girls from our last European tour." "I like it and I'm not going to quit." Local law enforcement officials were familiar with the defendant and his perversion. The arresting officer was quoted as saying, "freaks like this never stop." Mariachi Mysterioso received national notoriety 2 years ago after being charged with his first count of statutory rape. After being charged, he had married the victim and was able to beat the case. He divorced the 14 year old girl 3 weeks after he had been found not guilty.
