Late mid week, Junky John Wohlfeil: Kill Allen Wrench drummer
and now apparent Devil Vision M.P.C.R. CEO, 'laid the cards
on the table' in a vicious email that was sent to Kill Allen
Wrench front man, Allen Wrench.
With the blessing and backing of Devil Vision Attorney, Saul
Libowitz, Junky John first switched contorl of all Devil Vision
money accounts to his own name, and then informed Allen Wrench
that he was 'out'.
A shocked and stunned Allen Wrench fired bacl via email and
a short email exchange began. Here are just two of the emails:

Wrench denied access to Devil Vision Funds!

Late
Friday evening Allen Wrench, sometimes CEO and general manager
of Devil Vision Motion Picture company Records, discovered all
his company credit cards had been deactivated. Mr. Wrench further
became aware that any access to Devil Vision monetary accounts
had suddenly become forbidden for his use.
After
attempting to make payment for an evening meal at the Rainbow
restaurant in Hollywood, CA, Punk Rock vocalist Allen Wrench
was informed that his company credit card was no longer valid.

card Wrench found he had no access to any company funds.

Allen Wrench uses Devil Vision expense accounts to pay for all his
meals, vehicles, entertainment,
travel expenses, etc.. Further more, Devil Vision M.P.C.R. has more
that $180,000.00 cash in it's general account with another $38,000.00
in various dedicated project accounts.
No reason was given for Allen Wrench's denial of credit use. After
posing for a photo with the Rainbow's restaurant manager, the heavy
metal singer's meal and drink tab were comp'd.

Wrench unable to investigate Devil Vision accounts!

After
recently learning of non availability of Devil Vision monetary
funds, Devil
Vision M.P.C.R. CEO and Kill Allen Wrench front man was unable
to even begin an investigation into the financial state of Devil
Vision Motion Picture Company Records.
After
arriving at the Devil Vision banking institution, Mr. Wrench
was not only denied access to his account information, he was
also escorted off the banking premises by armed security personal.
After
a short scuffle with two security officers outside the bank,
the heavy metal personality fled on foot.
The
security officers suffered minor injuries, but did choose to
file an assault claim with the Los Angeles Police Dept.

Making
no progress on an investigation into an apparent non availability
of funds, Allen Wrench CEO of Devil Vision M.P.C.R., turned
to the Devil Vision attorney Saul Libowitz for legal assistance.
Wrench was shocked to learn that Libowitz refused legal service.
The shocked superstar reported that Libowtiz stated that 'Wrench
would be on his own with this one'.
'Allen Wrench has had no access to company money for more
than 3 weeks and is really in bad financial shape' said an
unnamed personal friend of Allen Wrench, 'he has no idea why
he can't get into his bank accounts, and non of the other
band members will tell him what's going on. Allen has no idea
what his next move will be and he's literally starving to
death."
Saul Libowitz promised to make an announcement by the end
of the week regarding the Allen Wrench fifnancial situation.

M.P.C.R. Attorney, today addressed punk rock super group Kill
Allen Wrench and announced that Allen Wrench was now 'No longer
in control' of Devil Vision.
Libowitz sited multiple examples of Allen Wrench's inability
to run the movie company /record label. Wrench is also the front
man for the musical act known as Kill Allen Wrench.
During the announcement Allen Wrench sat shocked and silent.
Fellow band mates and super stars did not seem surprised, but
also did not speak out in defense of Allen Wrench.
An unnamed band member also pointed out the state of Wrench
during the meeting. "This guy's drunk right now! I can't
believe he showed up wasted again!"

M.P.C.R. Attorney, today admitted that Kill Allen Wrench
drummer, Junky John Wohfeil, is behind the financial mystery
regarding Allen Wrench. During previous weeks Devil Vision
CEO and Kill Allen Wrench frontman, Allen Wrench, had been
denied access to all Devil Vison funds and account information.
Libowitz also stated that the romoval of Wrench from financial
access had been approved by other members of Kill Allen
Wrench. Libowitz refused to name which band members were
behind the move.
In closing Libowitz stated the Junky John was now in total
financial control of Devil Vision Motion Picture Compnay
Records.
When asked why Wohlfeil was making the managerial move on
Devil Vision M.P.C.R., Libowitz declined to comment. Libowitz
did add that this was the best thing to hapen to Devil Vision
in many years.
