Recently Kill Allen Wrench fans, as well as International Superstar - Allen Wrench himself, were shocked to learn that Junky John Wohlfeil: Kill Allen Wrench drummer and now apparent Devil Vision M.P.C.R. CEO, was able to successfully maneuver and take control of Devil Vision Motion Picture Company Records. In past years Devil Vision M.P.C.R. was able to quickly become a financial power in the music industry, thanks to nothing other than Punk Rock music act Kill Allen Wrench. With the blessing and backing of Devil Vision Attorney, Saul Libowitz, Junky John first switched control of all Devil Vision money accounts to his own name, and then informed Allen Wrench that he was 'out'. Fans felt betrayal on behalf of Allen Wrench, but according to Junky John, the was plenty of reason for the hostile take over.

Message to all Kill Allen Wrench fans - From Junky John Wohlfile, Devil Vision M.P.C.R. CEO

I know that a lot of the Kill Allen Wrench fans were very shocked an confused upon hearing of the management change of Devil Vision. I just want to take the opportunity to let every know that I made these management decisions and attacks for the good of the band and also the good of the record company. Further more, Allen Wrench is still the lead vocalist of Kill Allen Wrench, and there are NO plans to change that. Many of you have written us here at Devil Vision, making your feelings very well understood.

I am now taking this opportunity to let every one know the exact reasons that I have personally removed Allen Wrench from the helm of Devil Vision Motion Picture Company Records.


Here are the reasons:

• Allen Wrench has been embezzling Devil Vision Funds to fuel his ongoing drug problem.
• Allen Wrench's drug problem has exploded.
• Allen Wrench has ignored pleas of promoters and clubs to book shows.
• Allen Wrench has failed to release new Kill Allen Wrench products and music releases.


And here are the facts on these points:

• Allen Wrench has been embezzling Devil Vision Funds to fuel his ongoing drug problem.

For the last 6 months Allen Wrench has been claiming to be reconfiguring the Devil Vision recording studio in order to begin recording the next Kill Allen Wrench full length release. After I took my position as head of the company, I examined a series of purchase orders paying for over $ 40,000 of recording equipment manufactured by the prestigious pro gear recording company Manley Laboratories.

As I suspected, the purchase orders were fake. Not only was there not 1 piece of pro gear from Manley Labs, the Devil Vision general money accounts were negative over $40,000.

Further more, after contacting the owner of Manley Labs, EveAnna Manley, she stated that not only had Allen Wrench NEVER made a purchase from Manley Labs, every time he has stopped by their factory for alleged 'tech' recording advise, a large number of very expensive recording items had been stolen. EvaAnna Manley did give me the serial numbers of those items and I am currently attempting to connect the theft to Allen Wrench.


• Allen Wrench's drug problem has exploded.

Not only has Allen Wrench been stealing recording equipment, he is becoming functionally disabled. Allen Wrench is now having problems walking and even talking because of his extreme drug use. It is obvious to the members of the band as well as the emplyees of the Devil Vision, that a man that walks around cross eyed and in a drug induced stupor and that regularly pisses his pants has no business running a record and movie compnay the size of Devil Vison M.P.C.R.

We've attempted multiple time to get him into a drug treatment program, but he's managed to escape each time we make the effort to forcibly take him in for help.


• Allen Wrench has ignored pleas of promoters and clubs to book shows.

As you've probably noticed, Kill Allen Wrench has not played live for over 3 months. That is because Allen Wrench has been so strung out that he does not care enough to return the telephone calls of the hundreds of promoters world wide that wish to hire Kill Allen Wrench for musical performances.


• Allen Wrench has failed to release new Kill Allen Wrench products and music releases.

Allen Wrench has also failed to notify fans of new Kill Allen Wrench releases, such as the German only release of the Kill Allen Wrench 7" - "Mom I'm Fucking the Plumber" ( available on Wanker Records - Germany ).

There have also been a number of Kill Allen Wrench products that Allen Wrench has given no attention to. Including the long awaited Kill Allen Wrench full length movie.


These are the basic reasons I have taken control of the company. I also plan to proceed immediately on all aspects of Devil Vision business. I hope I have every fan's support.
