'Dawson's Creek' Star Arrested...

Jackson cried like 'bitch'

RALEIGH, N.C. -- A fight in the stands at Saturday night's Carolina Hurricanes hockey game in Raleigh, N.C. has landed a television actor in front of the magistrate.

An off-duty police officer arrested 24-year-old "Dawson's Creek" star Joshua Jackson at a hockey game. "Dawson's Creek" is filmed in Wilmington.

Arrest warrants alleged Jackson was drunk and grabbed a security guard around the neck and attempted to use the helpless security guard as a type of ‘human shield’ to protect himself against a man that he owed money to for gambling debts.

Apparently the commotion started when know gambling loan shark Junky John Wohlfeil, from the famed rock and roll band Kill Allen Wrench, showed up unexpectedly to "collect something from an old friend". Wohlfeil was not arrested in the scuffle and the on site security officers made Jackson pay the money owed to ‘Junky John’ before taking him to jail.

Officers also said Jackson created a commotion at the jail when he expressed his anger for having been forced to pay a gambling debt before being taken to jail. Jackson lay in a holding cell for hours after he refused to take a blood test.
Jackson was charged with simple assault and being intoxicated and disruptive.

Jackson plays Pacey on the television series "Dawson's Creek." An episode to air Wednesday was partly filmed at the RBC Center, where Jackson was arrested.

In jail, tests showed his blood alcohol content registered .149. The legal limit in North Carolina is .08 percent.
Jackson posted $1,000 bail early Sunday and left jail. The 24-year-old actor also appeared in the "Mighty Ducks" movies about a kids' hockey team. He's also starred in the movies "Cruel Intentions," "Gossip" and "Urban Legend."

According to police, ‘Jackson acted like a little bitch’ when Kill Allen Wrench drummer, Junky John, attempted to collect on the gambling debt. Police further commented on what a pleasure it was to meet the rock personality, who stayed to sign autographs for various police officers after Jackson had been taken into custody.

Joshua Jackson is due to appear in Wake District Court on Dec. 4.
