The fire that
killed 96 people

AP Road
Island -
In a move that is as unbelievable as the fire that killed 96
concert goers at a Great White heavy metal performance last
week in Road island, MA, is the legal move by International
Superstar - Allen Wrench.
Allen Wrench, lead vocalist of punk rock / heavy metal super
group Kill Allen Wrench plans to file a six figure lawsuit on
the basis that Jack Russell, front man for rock act Great White,
stole Wrench's idea to kill the band's own audience.
During a telephone interview, the angry front man for what has
become known as 'Punk rock's Most Important Band' mad the following
statements ... "Russell (Jack) knew about my plans to kill
my audience at one of my upcoming shows. I actually had plans
to pull it off, but at our our last three gigs, I was so wasted,
I just couldn't make it happen. But that doesn't mean that Russell
can steal my idea."

Police
and fire investigators have not yet admitted that legal action
will be taken against the club or the band Great White. But
official's did state that a premeditated fire would constitute
charges of homicide.
One RI Arson investigator did state, "If this had been
the fire that Allen Wrench has claimed to have wanted to start
during his promise of fire involved mass murder, he would have
been charged with arson homicide with special circumstances
and I have no doubt that he would be sentenced to the death
penalty."
Sources say that the club and the band Great White, are equally
to blame. "As of right now, we've got both of them pointing
fingers at each other." Stated the investigator "This
whole thing is a big mess and it's going to take a while to
sort it all out."

Shockingly
enough, Allen Wrench persistedthat the idea to kill his audience
is his own idea. "Russell owes me fucking big dollars for
stealing my idea." Ranted Wrench "Just because his
band's washed up doesn't give him the right to come and steal
my idea to kill my own audience. He's totally gotten international
attention because of something I've come up with. And all of
that attention equals big dollars. I demand compensation!"
Devil Vision attorney Saul Libowitz also concurred, "The
concept of killing your audience during your performance belongs
to Wrench and Wrench alone. Jack Russell has stolen my client's
intellectual property and he deserves sever and punitive punishment.
Now, when Allen Wrench does kill his audience, the media coverage
may not be impressive, due to the fact that 'it has been
done before'. "

After
Wrench had made the 'intellectual theft' allegation,
Jack Russell stated that he WAS NOT attempting to kill his audience
and the whole thing is a horrible accident and a terrible tragedy.
Devil Vision M.P.C.R. responded and is making it known that
the reason behind the position of Great White is to stem the
pending law suite that was triggered by the theft of the idea
to kill your audience.
Meanwhile, Great White, amazingly, plans to continue. "I
personally would like to express my heartfelt condolences to
those families of the loved ones who perished, as well as Ty...in
the tragedy at the Station," said singer Jack Russell in
a web message. "We will continue our tour with a replacement
guitarist sometime in the next few days." |
